On Wednesday, Phool Aur Kaante celebrated its 32nd anniversary of release. Ajay Devgn, who made his Bollywood debut with this film, revisited the premier day by sharing some glimpses about it on his social media account. He revealed how he broke into a theatre without permission to watch how people reacted to his first film and left with a lifelong memory.
Ajay Devgan remembers Phool Aur Kaante's premiere
On November 22, Ajay Devgn celebrated the 32nd anniversary of his first movie, Phool Aur Kaante, on Instagram. He gave multiple glimpses from the movie, including a video in which he is seen discussed it. In the video, Ajay speaks about how coins were thrown at the screen during the film's debut show at Mumbai's Gemini Theatre. The actor disclosed that he had taken the coins and framed them.
A still of him with his father and action director Veeru Devgn was also included in the post. The well-known split stunt from the movie appears on another slide. The post was captioned, "#32Years"

Sandesh Kohli directed Phool Aur Kaante, which also starred Madhoo, who made her feature film debut as Pooja. The late actor Amrish Puri played Ajay's father in the film. 'Maine Pyaar Tumhi Se Kiya Hai,' 'Tumse Milne Ko Dil Karta Hai,' and 'Dheere Dheere Pyar Ko Badhana Hai' were among the hit songs from the movie.
The film was a huge critical and commercial hit. Since then, Ajay's bike entrance sequence has gained popularity and has been frequently mimicked.
Ajay Devgn's projects
Ajay Devgn most recently starred in and directed the action movie Bholaa. He is now getting ready for the release of Singham Again, an action movie directed by Rohit Shetty. Deepika Padukone plays Shakti Shetty, the first female police officer, in Singham Again, alongside Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Tiger Shroff, who has joined the cast as ACP Satya, also stars in the movie. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh plays Simmba in the police drama, and Akshay Kumar returns as Sooryavanshi.
Apart from this, the actor will also be seen in Maidaan, the Hindi version of Vash, and Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha.
