Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba OTT release date: Filmmaker Jayprad Desai's movie, starring Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey in the lead roles, has finally got its digital premiere date. The sequel to Taapsee's 2021 film Hasseen Dillruba will soon drop on Netflix. The makers made an official announcement about Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba's release date with an exciting glimpse. It was shared on the official Instagram handle of the streaming platform.

Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba OTT release date

The new glimpse of Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba features Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, and Sunny Kaushal's character looks from the film. The movie, written by Kanika Dhillon, will start streaming on August 9 on Netflix. While sharing the release date announcement video, the streamer wrote, "9 August ki Hasseen shaam, Dillruba ke naam Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, is out on 9 August, only on Netflix (sic)."

For those who are unaware, Taapsee, Vikrant, and Sunny completed the film's shoot back in December 2023. Writer Kanika Dhillon shared some pictures from the wrap-up bash which was hosted by producer Aanand L Rai.

Who played what in Hasseen Dillruba?

The first installment of Hasseen Dillruba was directed by filmmaker Vinil Mathew. The movie featured Taapsee, Vikrant, and Harshvardhan Rane in the lead roles. While Pannu was seen as Rani Saxena, Vikrant played the character of Rishabh Saxena. Harshvardhan, on the other hand, portrayed the role of Neel Tripathi in the movie. Hasseen Dillruba was a direct-to-OTT release, which dropped on the platform on July 3, 2021.
