Parth Samthaan turns down Bigg Boss 17? Here’s why you might never see him on Salman Khan’s show

Ever since Vikas Gupta became a name associated with Bigg Boss, it was also speculated that Parth Samthaan will join Salman Khan’s show at some point of time. It happened for Bigg Boss 17 too. Even before the show begins, Parth’s name has been speculated as a contestant. Once and for all, the actor has now cleared the air on why he might never participate on Salman Khan’s show.

What Parth said and where?

During his recent media interaction for Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan 5, Parth cleared why he would never participate in Bigg Boss. He shared that he wouldn’t like to see himself on a show which demands entertainment. This is because as a person, Parth is reserved. “I feel like I won’t be entertaining enough as a human being because as Parth I am a very reserved person to main apne aap ko khol nahi paunga, apne emotions emote nahi kar paunga. Toh I don't think I will justify for a show like that,” he shared.

Interestingly, Parth was recently seen on a show about social media. He was expected to be seen as an extrovert who can make viral content. However, on the show too, Parth showed a rather introverted side to him. He also faced the wrath of his co-contestant Mridul Madhok and they did not stay on well terms for most part of the show.

Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan 5

Parth will now be seen in the fifth season of his popular show, Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan. It is this show where people took notice of the actor for the first time. His rising popularity also helped him land Kasauti Zindagii Kay. The show is a reboot version of the original Ekta Kapoor produced-serial.

Who all are confirmed for Bigg Boss 17?

Nobody is confirmed yet, at least officially. However, it looks like Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Isha Malviya and Twinkle Arora have been approached for the Salman Khan-hosted show. Whether Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestants will also be seen here, still remains to be confirmed.
