Actress Parineeti Chopra and Politician Raghav Chaddha are happily married. The duo tied the knot in a beautiful wedding on September 24, 2023, in Udaipur. The actress never shies away while speaking about her husband on various occasions. Now, in a recent interview, the Amar Singh Chamkila actress opened up about the time when she was sure about marrying Raghav.
In a recent chat with Raj Shamani, Parineeti Chopra opened up about her first meeting with Raghav Chadha during an award show. The show was hosted by the British Council in the UK. Parineeti was honored in the Entertainment category while Raghav got an award in government and politics. The award show was arranged to acknowledge people from different walks of life and their outstanding achievements.

Pari, who was recently seen in the film Amar Singh Chamkila and getting praise for her performance revealed that she knew nothing about her now husband and met him over breakfast. She even googled him to find out about his work. She said, “We started talking to each other, and we realized not even in weeks, within days, we just used to talk about getting married.”

The actress revealed that her mother used to tell her that she would know when the right person would come. She said, “My mother always used to tell me when your life partner will come in front of you, you will know, and I said, “Please don’t tell me these filmy lines aisa kuch nahin hota. I swear, I met Raghav and in 5 minutes I knew I’m going to marry this man.” She also recollected the time when everyone at the breakfast table was talking about meditation and scuba diving, she said she was looking at Raghav and thinking, “I think I’m gonna marry this man.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Imtiaz Ali-directed film, Amar Singh Chamkila, also starring Diljit Dosanjh.
