Panchayat season 3 is finally out and has become the talking point among netizens. The show added a twist nobody saw coming. It is why this one is currently being compared to The Gangs of Wasseypur and Mirzapur. Panchayat 3 ending explained
Panchayat 3 ended with a bullet being shot. It is unclear who got hurt but somebody did. This type of violence has never been a part of Panchayat but with this season, it now is. This is said to be a sign that elections are near. However, the real questions are – who pulled the trigger, and who got hurt? There are speculations that Pradhan, Majnu Devi (Neena Gupta) was shot. If that is the case, then it could be a clear indication of Kranti Devi (Sunita Rajwar) trying to be the next pradhan. But the real question is, who picked up the gun? With all the hints out there, this could be a potential collaboration with another Amazon Prime Video show, Mirzapur.
As for Jitendra Kumar’s Abhishek Tripathi, he will take CAT again. This raises questions on whether his relationship with Rinki (Sanvikaa) will continue. This is only possible if he comes back to Phulera, but that is just a question at this point. As for Prahlad, if he isn’t the one who is shot, will he use Rs. 50 lakhs that he received for his martyred son for a good cause? All the questions are bound to be answered in season 4.
What happened in Panchayat 3?
Vidhayak (Pankaj Jha) and Brij Bhushan Dubey (Raghubir Yadav) are still at loggerheads, which is when Vidhayak has to be present in court for an animal cruelty case.
Rinki and Abhishek’s love story continues. Meanwhile, it is Majnu Devi vs Durgesh Kumar’s Bhushan and his wife, Kranti Devi. The latter wants Majnu Devi out of power and tries to divide the village into west vs east.

The Deepak Kumar Mishra-directed show also stars Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy and Sanvikaa, apart from Jitendra. It released on May 28, right after IPL 2024 came to an end with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) winning the season.
