The first ever pan-India OTT awards show, OTTplay Awards 2022, is under way and celebrities have already started turning up in huge numbers, with each one of them looking their stylish best. From Kunal Kapoor's neon green suit to Kubbra Sait's gorgeous Indo-western attire, celebrities attending the event are looking absolutely amazing. 

At the purple carpet, OTT star Kubrra Sait stopped for a brief while to discuss the content that she is consuming across platforms these days with the very own RJ Anuraag Pandey, she was quick to reveal the names of shows she has been watching these days. 

When asked about the reason behind her fractured hand, Sait jokingly said, "Humare kaam ke pyaar main haanth tut gaya (my hand broke because of my love for work."

"I am watching a lot of shows on OTT these days I am, and I have said these names thrice in the past but I am going to say it again because it is the truth: I am watching House of Dragons and I am watching She-Hulk. And I have just finished The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. Woo hoo... Outstanding! I loved it!," she exclaimed. 

When the host asked her when is she going to be a part of a show similar to what has just clkaimed to love, Kubraa jokingly said, "Arre pehle koi mil toh jaaye (Let me find someone first)." 

The inaugural OTTplay Awards and Conclave, a marquee event from the house of Hindustan Times, aims to honour the best talent, movies and web series across 10 Indian languages and a plethora of OTT platforms that premiered on streaming services the past year. 

The event, which has taken place on Saturday (September 10) has opened with a conclave inviting leaders in the OTT space, celebrities, content creators, advertisers, and technology enablers to deliberate on the future of OTTs and how it will reinvent the entertainment business. This will be followed by the OTTplay Awards — India's First Pan-India OTT Award Show.
