Operation Valentine OTT release date - Here's when and where you can stream the Varun Tej-starrer online

Operation Valentine is Varun Tej's latest film, which was released on March 1, 2024, and ended as a flop at the box office. The film was out within one week of its release and made dismal numbers in Telugu states. We at OTTplay have already reported that Amazon Prime Video has bagged the digital rights to the film.

Operation Valentine OTT release date

Well, the latest update is that Operation Valentine will stream from March 29, 2024, on Amazon Prime Video. An official confirmation will be made soon by the makers. The news is that the makers struck a handsome deal with Amazon and are releasing the film a week in advance.

Varun Tej was seen as an Air Force pilot in this film which also marked his Hindi debut. But Operation Valentine sank in Bollywood without a trace. The film is based on the famous Pulwama attack and as Hrithik Roshan's Fighter was also based on the same subject, Operation Valentine did not bring in crowds to the theatres despite having decent content.

Shakti Pratap Singh directed the film which had Manushi Chhillar as the female lead. Varun Tej pinned a lot of hopes on this film but sadly it failed at the box office. He needs to score a hit at any cost as his attempts to do different cinema have not worked out for him in the last few years. He worked hard on Operation Valentine but the film did not give him the desired result.

Varun Tej's upcoming films

Sony Pictures co-produced this film and they are in the safe zone thanks to the post-release rights to the film. But as a film, Operation Valentine failed to click at the box office and will soon be out on OTT. On the other hand, Varun Tej has started shooting for his new film Matka which is being directed by Karun Kumar of Palasa fame. He will be seen as a gangster in the period drama. We need to see how it performs on the small screens.
