Ooru Peru Bhairavakona - Here's how much the Sundeep Kishan-starrer made from its paid premieres

Sundeep Kishan's Ooru Peru Bhairavakona was all set to hit the screens on February 9, 2024, alongside Ravi Teja's Eagle. But things changed at the last minute and the film was postponed to a further date. Now, the film will be out on February 16, 2024. The makers have done well to keep the film in the news with unique promotions from the day the trailer was released.

As the makers were super confident about the film's outcome, they planned for paid premieres of the fantasy thriller. We at OTTplay revealed that the makers have decided to hold special premieres two days ahead of the film's release. Well, the same happened as a record 75 shows were aired in Telugu states on February 14, 2024, as a Valentine's Day special.

The response to these shows was great and we have come to know that Ooru Peru Bhairavakona has made Rs 1.1 crore from these special shows. This is a great number considering Sundeep Kishan's image and market. 

This is a good sign for the makers as the film is all set to hit the screen tomorrow. Though the reactions to these shows also had a few negative reviews, the makers are confident that the film will do well. V I Anand and Sundeep Kishan are a hit combo and have worked on films like Tiger in the past. 

Ooru Peru Bhairavakona is also quite important for Sundeep Kishan as he has also yet to score a hit in the longest time. VI Anand impressed one and all with the concept posters and terrific promos. The songs and teasers have caught on quite well in the last few days and there is a decent buzz for this film across the Telugu states. 

Kavya Thapar, the happening heroine who is fresh with her other release Eagle, is playing the lead role. Varsha Bollama gets a key role in this film which also has Viva Harsha and Vennela Kishore in fun roles.
