One Tree Hill alum Stephen Colletti proposed to his girlfriend Alex Weaver is a sweet, romantic manner, on a ledge off Rome. The picturesque proposal was gladly accepted by the NASCAR reporter and the duo took to Instagram to share the happy news with their fans.

Stephen Colletti shared a photo of the spot of proposal, with the lucky couple kissing against a gorgeous backdrop of Rome, and another of his fiancée's ring. But if one keeps an eye on Alex Weaver’s stories, they get to spend the day with them via memorable clicks of food, sights, and congratulatory wishes from loved ones. Colletti and Weaver spent the rest of their iconic day, gorging on sinful Italian delights like pasta and gelato, and making memories while sightseeing.

During the fated moment, Colletti was dressed in a navy-blue jacket, a white tee, and dark-almost black slacks, while Weaver opted for a casual grey knitted sweater, with black pants and Adidas sneakers. A later addition to the actress’ accessories was her massive oval-shaped diamond ring, set atop a band of gold. It seems Stephen Colletti’s refined taste is consistent when it comes to beauty.

The two began dating last year and became Instagram official in August 2022. Before they found each other, Colletti had been part of an alleged love triangle including his Laguna Beach co-stars Kristin Cavallari and Lauren Conrad, with the One Tree Hill actor cheating on Cavallari with Conrad. However, all that is water under the bridge now, for Colletti and Cavallari remain good friends and have resolved their differences.
