OMG 2 first look: Akshay Kumar to feature as Lord Shiva in the sequel

Akshay Kumar has just unveiled the first look posters of OMG 2 that feature him in the Lord Shiva avatar. The sequel to Khiladi Kumar and Paresh Rawal starrer also features Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in pivotal roles.

The latest poster of OMG 2 features Akshay’s character image with a tagline that says, “Rakh Vishwas, Tu hai Shiv ka daas (Have faith, you are the follower of Shiva).” 

The actor shared the latest poster of OMG2 through his Instagram handle and captioned it, “कर्ता करे न कर सके शिव करे सो होय ..’

Need your blessings and wishes for #OMG2, our honest and humble attempt to reflect on an important social issue. May the eternal energy of Adiyogi bless us through this journey. हर हर महादेव (sic).”

The shooting of the much-awaited film has already been commenced earlier this year. Pankaj and Yami have been shooting for the film in a few cities of the country, while the Khiladi actor has recently joined the cast and crew of the film.

Backed by Cape of Good Film, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl and Ashwin Varde, the fantasy drama film has been directed by Amit Rai.

Meanwhile, Akshay has recently completed one of the shooting schedules for his forthcoming project Ram Setu opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. The Bollywood star is also gearing up for his next film- Sooryavanshi’s Diwali release. 

On Friday, the actor shared a fun BTS video from the Rohit Shetty film on Instagram and captioned, “Here’s @ranveersingh’s and my #AilaReAillaaStep. Put your best, crazy dance foot forward and show me yours.
