Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira: Fahadh Faasil to give another hit in Vishu 2025?

For his upcoming movie, Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira, actor-director Althaf Salim will collaborate with Fahadh Faasil. As per the most recent sources, the movie will be released on the big screen during the Vishu festival in April 2025. With the great success of Aavesham during the same festive season this year, Fahadh Faasil is anticipated to have yet another box office hit in 2025. 

Touted to be a light-hearted romantic comedy, the film features Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead role. Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira finally began to roll in Kochi in April of this year, after a protracted wait.

Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira to be a Vishu 2025 release?

The much-awaited project—which purports to tell an unconventional love story—got underway in Kochi with a grand puja ceremony. The lead actors, Fahadh Faasil and Kalyani Priyadarshan, were absent from the event due to their hectic schedules, but the remaining members of the team and a few guests attended the pooja ceremony. The movie was scheduled to be released for Christmas in 2024, as previously disclosed. Later on, there has not been any confirmation of this, though. 

After a seven-year hiatus, Althaf returns to filmmaking with this movie. His first film Njandukalude Naattil Oridavela was a critical and commercial hit. It is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.

Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira is a boy meets girl kind of love story, with Fahadh Faasil and Kalyani Priyadarshan as the main couple, the actor disclosed in a recent interview. Lal, Renji Panicker, Vinay Forrt, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Suresh Krishna, Baby Antony, Nandu, Johny Antony, Revathi Pillai, Anuraj, Edavela Babu, Vineeth Chakyar, Sreekath Vettiyar, Athira Niranjana, and others in supporting roles are among the impressive cast in the Althaf Salim-directed film.

The film is edited by Abhinav Sundar Nayak. The director of photography is Jinto George. Central Pictures will handle distribution for Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira.
