Nunakuzhi OTT release date: When and where to watch Basil Joseph's comedy drama

Basil Joseph's latest film, Nunakuzhi, is all set for its digital debut soon. According to sources, the comedy drama, also starring Grace Antony, Siddique and Manoj K Jayan in prominent roles, will be streaming on ZEE5 from September 13. 

Director Jeethu Joseph and actor Basil Joseph collaborated on screen for the first time with this movie. Supporting roles go to Siddique, Manoj K Jayan, Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, Baiju Santhosh, and Althaf Salim.

Nunakuzhi to stream on ZEE5

For those who were unable to see the film in theatres, the digital release of Jeethu Joseph's film is eagerly awaited. The film, which is scheduled for release on September 13, promises to be a humorous treat for Malayalis throughout the Onam holidays. ZEE5 has not had a Malayalam movie debut in a long. Manorathangal, a Malayalam anthology web series, has just started to stream on the popular online platform.

Nunakuzhi is a humorous dark comedy that is based on miscommunication and false impressions caused by an array of lies. Regarding the light-hearted aspect that has proved successful for the film, the director kept up the effort to make the most of every member of the cast. One of its excellent qualities was its ability to pack the movie into a decent running length without becoming monotonous for the audience.

Eby Zacharia, MD of Poozhikunnel Group of Companies, finds himself embroiled in an unexpected income tax raid. When an issue becomes more personal than professional, Eby is forced to tackle it in a different way. However, when he encounters a "deceased" dentist, a broken couple, a group of police officers, and a movie star, things take a bizarre turn. The main focus of the film is on how each of them solves these issues in a hilarious way.
