Not Shahid Kapoor, THIS gem of an actor is the most loved OTT actor in India

The list for the most loved OTT actors in India is out and surprisingly, Shahid Kapoor is not at the top. Even though the actor made his debut in 2023 and had two most loved releases in the web series Farzi and direct-to-OTT film Bloody Daddy, Shahid is not the most loved. Another gem of an actor instead, is the most adored in the months of April-June 2023.

A new list released by Ormax Media unveils that Manoj Bajpayee is the most loved actor on OTT. This does not come as a huge surprise, since he is iconic in the role of Srikanth of The Family Man. Apart from that, Manoj even nailed his role of a lawyer in Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai.

Lawyer was the theme of the month, with Kajol also making her web series debut as a lawyer in The Trial. She, however, did not make it to the list yet.

The second most loved actor is Criminal Justice: Naya Sach actor Pankaj Tripathi. While Manoj is iconic for The Family Man, Pankaj is immortal in Mirzapur.

Shahid ranks third on the list. The actor was constantly in news for his OTT releases this year and thus, 2023, at least mid-year, is his year.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who introduced OTT to India through Gaitonde in Sacred Games, is fourth on the list. He was last seen in Tiku Weds Sheru.

Jitendra Kumar, who gained immense popularity through Panchayat 2, made it on the list and in top five. He is the fifth most loved.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu has become iconic on OTT with just one Hindi project – The Family Man 2. The actress will now be seen opposite Varun Dhawan in Raj and DK’s Indian version of Citadel. The actress is placed sixth on the list.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who originally appeared in Citadel opposite Richard Madden, is seventh. The series was helmed by the Russo Brothers.

The OTT favourite actress Radhika Apte is also on the list, at number eight. She was last seen in Mrs. Undercover.

The newest entrants on the list are Tamannaah Bhatia and Rana Daggubati. Tamannaah was seen in Jee Karda, followed by Lust Stories 2. Her chemistry with real-life boyfriend Vijay Varma was lauded. Meanwhile, Rana’s Rana Naidu became one of the biggest OTT releases of 2023. Thus, they are ninth and 10th on the list, respectively.
