According to previous reports, Anees Bazmee is in charge of No Entry 2 and will be writing and directing the movie. Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh have all given the green light to the film and are excited about the script. A new update from ETimes now states that the film will go on floors in December 2024, and the filmmaker plans to wrap it up by June 2025.
A source close to the development said, "Director Anees Bazmee will begin No Entry 2 with Diljit, Varun, and Arjun in double roles and ten leading ladies from December 2024. He plans to wrap up the shoot by June 2025. The sequel will be a Zee Studios – Bayview production."

Meanwhile, the source has also revealed that the script for No Entry 2 has turned out to be hilarious. The makers plan to make it a big theatrical release in 2025, which interestingly marks the 20th anniversary of the franchise. "No Entry 2 is a hilarious script that has got every single person excited. The No Entry sequel will go on floors in December 2024 and be a big theatrical release in 2025, marking 20 years since the first part," the source added.
