Nirmal Pathak Ki Ghar Wapsi: Vaibhav Tatwawaadi says SonyLIV series has made him a better actor and person

Aanikarnika, Hunterr and Tribhanga. And, now he is returning to the screen with another exciting project, Nirmal Pathak Ki Ghar Wapsi. The SonyLIV web series, directed by Rahul Pandey and Satish Nair, is about Nirmal Pathak (Vaibhav) who returns to his village after years and finds that it still runs by social evils like patriarchy, casteism, illiteracy and others.

As the series is nearing its release, the actor spoke about the show, his character in the series and more. Speaking to TellyChakkar, Vaibhav described his experience as amazing and rewarding. He said the show has contributed significantly not only to his career, but also his skills, as an actor. He added that he has grown as an actor and as a person. He is ecstatic to be a part of such a fantastic endeavour.

Hailing from a small town of Nagpur, he had no contacts in the entertainment industry when he came to Mumbai in 2012 to fulfill his dream. He said he always dreamed of becoming an actor, ever since his childhood.

Vaibhav Tatwawaadi stated that in the Marathi industry, he has portrayed a variety of characters in a variety of genres, but his personal favourites are stories about relationships and drama. But he would also like to be a part of an action movie.

Apart from Vaibhav, the five-episode series also features Alka Amin, Vineet Kumar, Garima Vikrant Singh, Ishita Ganguly, Pankaj Jhaa, Akash Makhija, Kumar Saurabh. It is directed by Rahul Pandey and Satish Nair, and produced by Naren Kumar and Mahesh Korade under the banner of Kyra Kumar Kreations. The show is written by Rahul Pandey and will release on May 27 on SonyLIV.
