Night Drive: Indrajith Sukumaran shares his character poster from thriller

Indrajith Sukumar has shared his character poster from the upcoming thriller Night Drive. Indrajith will play the role of a police officer, CI Benny Mooppan in the movie, which is directed by Vysakh. 

The actor took to social media to share the poster, which features him not in the police uniform, but aiming the gun at someone, ready to take a shot. His facial expression is intense and he seems to be focussed on his target. 

The character posters of both Roshan Mathew and Anna Ben, who play the main leads in the movie, were released yesterday by the makers. Mathew plays George Jacob while Ben plays Riya Roy.  

The trailer of Night Drive was released in December 2021, and hinted at an intense thriller, where Mathew and Ben will play a couple who run into some trouble following an accident, and have a run in with the cop played by Indrajith.

Apart from Indrajith, Mathew and Ben, the movie also features Kalabhavan Shajon, Siddique, Renji Panicker, Muthumani, Kailash, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Surabhi Santhosh among others.

Directed by Vysakh, the movie is bankrolled by Priya Venu and Neeta Pinto under the banner of Aan Mega Media. With music by Ranjin Raj and Sunil S Pillai as the editor, the movie has cinematography by Shaji Kumar, who is a frequent collaborator with the director. 

Vysakh last helmed the comedy action movie Madhura Raja in 2019 with Mammootty in the lead, which was the sequel to his 2010 movie Pokkiri Raja.

Indrajith, who was last seen in Kurup and Aaha, has a long list of movies in works for 2022. He will also be seen in Thuramukham, Theerppu, Ram and Naragasooran, which has faced multiple delays.
