The actress shares screenspace alongside Kartikeya in the doomsday comedy

Neha Sshetty, who forayed into Telugu cinema with Puri Jagannadh’s Mehbooba, went onto act in entertainers like Gully Rowdy and DJ Tillu later. DJ Tillu was her claim to fame and she has been bagging plum projects since the film’s blockbuster run. Her next release is Bedurulanka 2012 this Friday. At the film’s pre-release event, she shared her experiences of working on the film.
“A big hello from Radhika..Thank you all for turning up in big numbers for the pre-release event. I couldn’t attend DJ Tillu’s pre-release event. I am here today because of your love. You’ve seen Radhika from Telangana, I hope you’ll meet Chitra from Andhra Pradesh with the same excitement,” the actress shared her excitement about Bedurulanka 2012.
Neha said she was glad to be a part of a well written film and thanked Clax for trusting her to play Chitra. She realised that he had a few apprehensions about her casting in the film. “I had only played urban roles to date and I hope I did justice to the portrayal of a village girl. I am grateful to my producer Ravindra Benerjee for suggesting my name for Bedurulanka 2012,” she added.

It’s a dream to be performing to Mani Sharma’s songs, Neha stated. He’s the most confident person in the team about the film and believes he has given the best background score for it, she mentioned. “A part of the credit you give for DJ Tillu must also go for my cinematographer Sai and I’ll be indebted to him for depicting me well in this project too.”
Neha said she and friends went crazy about RX 100 when they watched it in theatres in 2018 and that she couldn’t have imagined about doing a film with Kartikeya later. He was a brilliant co-star, friend and support system throughout the film, she said. “I’m eager to meet you all in Bedurulanka on August 25.”
