Neeraj Kabi: Had to change my 'neeyat' to be part of Neeyat

Actor Neeraj Kabi has an interesting role in the upcoming film Neeyat, which has an ensemble cast that includes Vidya Balan, Dipannita Sharma, Prajakta Koli, and Amrita Puri. 

Asked why he chose to be a part of the film, Neeraj candidly said, "Honestly speaking, initially, koi neeyat nahi thi meri iss kahaani se judne ki. But then, when I spoke to Anu Menon (director), and she explained the character to me, I found it really interesting and realised that I have to change my neeyat to be a part of Neeyat."

The actor has given some memorable performances in films like Ship of Theseus, Monsoon Shootout, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!, Talvar, Gali Guliyan, and The Hungry, among others.

He has also been a part of acclaimed web series like Sacred Games, The Final Call, Taj Mahal 1989, Paatal Lok, and Avrodh.

In Neeyat, Neeraj plays Sanjay Suri, who is one of the suspects in the death of a millionaire, Ashish Kapoor. 

Neeyat is directed by Anu Menon and produced by Vikram Malhotra and Amazon Prime. It also stars Ram Kapoor, Shahana Goswami, and Rahul Bose, among others.

Neeyat will release in theatres on July 7.
