Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan wedding FIRST PHOTO out: Much in love couple looks head over heels for each other

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan finally tied the knot today in a private ceremony held at a resort in Mahabalipuram on Thursday. The wedding was a much awaited affair indeed, and in a delightful moment for fans, the first photograph from the star couple’s nuptials has finally come out.

The photograph was shared by Vignesh himself, on his official Twitter handle recently. The photograph shows a glimpse from the couple’s magnificent wedding, and captures a moment of pure love between the two as Vignesh gives his beautiful bride a kiss. Nayanthara is seen decked in emerald jewellery and a crimson saree, while Vignesh has on a beige outfit. Vignesh captioned the post “On a scale of 10… She’s Nayan & am the One. With God’s grace , the universe , all the blessings of our parents & best of friends. Jus married #Nayanthara #WikkiNayan #wikkinayanwedding”.

While the couple wed in an intimate ceremony with friends and family, the grand wedding reception saw the presence of several big stars. Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee, Naynthara’s co-star and director in Jawan,also graced the affair. Other stars whose names reportedly figure in the guest list includes Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Suriya, Ajith and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Nayanthara and Vignesh have reportedly been together for over seven years. Earlier, before their wedding, Vignesh took to Instagram to pen a note for his bride to be and shared glimpses of some delightful moments in their relationship. Expressing gratitude, Vignesh dedicated the ‘beautiful moments’ in his life to Nayanthara, and talked of his excitement at starting a new life with his beloved.
