We had earlier reported that a documentary on actor Nayanthara, titled Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairy Tale, is in the works on Netflix. The streaming giant, on Wednesday, October 30, unveiled the release date of the documentary. Here's when you can watch it:
Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairy Tale is an upcoming documentary featuring the lady superstar Nayanthara. The documentary film will focus on the wedding ceremony of the actor along with director Vignesh Shivan, which took place in 2022. On Wednesday, Netflix announced that the documentary film will premiere on November 18.

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan first met on the sets of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan directed by the latter. After dating, the duo married in a private ceremony that took place in Mahabalipuram in Chennai. The couple is blessed with two sons, Ulag and Uyir.
As per reports, the wedding of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan was shot in the form of a documentary, the rights of which have been acquired by Netflix. Acclaimed director Gautham Vasudev Menon directed it. Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairy Tale is expected to show some exclusive moments from the actor’s life. The documentary film has a runtime of 81 minutes.
Naanum Rowdy Dhaan features actors Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. The action comedy-drama is directed by Vignesh Shivan and it was during the shoot of this film when Nayanthara met her husband and subsequently married. The film is available for streaming on SunNXT, Aha Tamil, and OTTplay Premium.
Meanwhile, Nayanthara, who was last seen in Annapoorani: The Goddess of Food, has several projects lined up, including Test, co-starring Siddharth and Madhavan, Mannangatti Since 1960, Mookuthi Amman 2, and Thani Oruvan sequel. She also has Dear Students in Malayalam alongside actor Nivin Pauly.
