After Mohanlal shared the poster of Tovino Thomas as Jathin Ramdas from L2 Empuraan, the Narivetta team unveiled his first look from the film on the Malayalam star's birthday.

It is Tovino Thomas' birthday and fans of the Minnal Murali star are being treated with his first-look posters from his highly anticipated movies. The big update came early in the day with Tovino's look from L2 Empuraan being shared by none other than Mohanlal. Now, his first-look poster from Narivetta has been released online.

Tovino Thomas is set to headline Narivetta, which also stars Suraj Venjaramoodu. The makers of the film, directed by Anuraj Manohar, took to their social media pages a while ago and shared the first look of the actor.
The poster features only half a face of Tovino, who is seen in a cop’s uniform. The actor is seen gazing intensely into the camera and has black paint around his eye and cheek. Another person, dressed in a folklore get-up, is also seen peeking from behind Tovino. A crowd of people is also seen in the background.
Sharing the poster on social media, the makers wished a Happy Birthday to Tovino and wrote in the caption - “Either be a hunter or be the hunted. The choice is yours. And here the hunt begins !!! Presenting the first look of #Narivetta !!! “

Apart from Tovino Thomas and Suraj Venjaramoodu, the film also features Cheran, Aarya Salim, Priyamvada Krishnan, and Rini Udayakumar in key roles.
Anuraj Manohar of Ishq fame is directing the film, based on a script by Abin Joseph.
The filming for Narivetta was wrapped up recently. Tovino announced on social media that the team has completed shooting which went on for 65 days while adding that it has been ‘demanding yet rewarding’. While describing Narivetta as a political drama, the actor hoped that it would be a thought-provoking cinema. The film is yet to get a release date.

Meanwhile, Tovino Thomas is also gearing up for L2 Empuraan, which stars Mohanlal in the lead role. The film, which is the second installment in the Lucifer franchise, will see Tovino reprising his role of Jathin Ramdas. Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, L2 Empuraan is set to release on March 27, 2025.
