Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal trailer OUT: Joju George and Suraj Venjaramoodu’s film set to narrate a moving tale of family bonds and brotherhood

The trailer of Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal, starring Joju George and Suraj Venjaramoodu, has been unveiled. The trailer gives a sneak peek into the world of Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal with moments of family drama and emotions. The film, directed by Sharan Venugopal, is set to release on February 7, 2025

The Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal trailer was released on the Facebook page of Mammootty Kampany, the production house owned by Mammootty, on Tuesday evening, January 28. 

The opening sequence of the trailer features the lead actors Joju George, Alencier Ley Lopez, and Suraj Venjaramoodu, who play the brothers or Narayani’s three sons. A man asks Joju George’s character about his wife and children. It is revealed that he is not married with Joju George stating that he is past the marriageable age. The trailer then moves on to light-hearted moments as Joju recounts their childhood when they spent most of the time in the pond but Suraj replies that these are matters of the past.

Discussion about the family will and partition of property surface with contrasting views expressed, and the tension rises. Joju George then rightly says that ‘relationships are ephemeral’ explaining that they tend to vanish in a moment. Amid this, we all see an elderly woman who is probably in the last stage of her life.

Overall, the trailer promises a poignant tale of family bonds and brotherhood.

Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal cast

Joju George and Suraj Venjaramoodu play the lead roles in Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal, along with Alencier Lopez. Gargi Ananthan, Thomas Mathew, Sajitha Madathil, and Shelly N Kumar are also part of the cast and feature in the trailer as well.

The family drama, written and directed by Sharan Venugopal, is produced by Joby George Thadathil under Goodwill Entertainments. Joby George Thadathil had earlier backed Kishkindha Kaandam, starring Asif Ali. Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal has music by Rahul Raj and cinematography by Appu Prabhakar.

Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal was earlier scheduled to be released in January 2025 but was postponed to February 7, 2025.
