Joju George’s Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal was slated to hit theatres on January 16, 2025, along with Basil Joseph-starrer Pravinkoodu Shappu. However, on the eve of the release, the film was postponed. Now, Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal has got a new release date, which is February 7, 2025. Interestingly, the film will now clash with another Basil Joseph-starrer Ponman, which releases a day before on February 6.
The makers of Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal announced on social media that the film, starring Joju George and Suraj Venjaramoodu, will now hit the theaters on February 7.

Like what the title Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal says, the film narrates the tale of Narayanee’s three sons. Joju George, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Alencier Ley Lopez appear in the roles of the titular sons. The film revolves around the emotional bond between the three brothers.
Apart from the lead trio, the film also features Thomas Mathew, Garggi Ananthan, Sarasa Balussery, Sajitha Madathil, and Shelly N Kumar in key roles.
The film is helmed by Sharan Venugopal, who is marking his feature debut with Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal. Sharan Venugopal's short film Oru Paathiraa Swapnam Pole had earlier fetched a National Award. Nadhiya Moidu and Garggi Ananthan were part of the short film.
Joby John Thadathil has backed the film under his Goodwill Entertainments banner. The same banner had also produced Asif Ali's hit film Kishkindha Kaandam, which also starred Aparna Balamurali, and Vijayaraghavan.
Meanwhile, Joju George’s Pani has finally made its much-awaited OTT premiere. The revenge thriller, which also stars Sagar Surya, Junaiz VP and Abhinaya, is available for streaming on SonyLiv and OTTplay Premium from January 15, 2025.
