Nani30: Shruthi Haasan bags a key role, joins the shoot in Goa

Nani is on cloud nine post the success of his last film Dasara which collected over 100 crores at the box office and is still playing in a few theaters in AP and Telangana. Without taking much time, Nani has moved on to his new film which is being directed by debutante Shouryuv. This is his first film and he is making sure that he showcases Nani in a new avatar.

The shooting of the film is happening in Goa and key scenes are being canned on Nani and Mrunal Thakur who plays the female lead. Well, the latest update is that noted heroine, Shruthi Haasan has been roped in to play a key role in the film. Shruthi has also joined the shoot today and her scenes are also being canned as well.

Shruthi Haasan is in top form as her last two films Veera Simha Reddy with Balakrishna and Waltair Veerayya with megastar Chiranjeevi were a blockbuster hit at the box office. Shruthi's entry has made this film even more happening as it is the first time that Nani is romancing Shruthi in his career. So, this itself makes the combination interesting.

Nani30 is a family drama and the entire shooting will be done in Goa. Nani will be seen in a stylish new look for this film which has Mrunal Thakur as his wife. Post the success of Dasara, the makers want to do varied roles and that is the reason, he has okayed yet another debutante Shouryuv after Srikanth Odela, who made Dasara. Nani30 releases on the 21st of December this year.
