Naga Shaurya is back in his comfort zone, romantic comedies, all over again with Krishna Vrinda Vihari, a film where he teams up with director Anish R Krishna (Lover, Gaali Sampath and Ala Ela fame). He is paired opposite Shirley Seta in the film produced by his mother Usha Mulpuri under Ira Creations. Krishna Vrinda Vihari is gearing up for a release on April 22 and the actor expressed his confidence about having another hit film in his kitty at its teaser launch event held in the city.

"I had this desire to be associated with a production house for long and thanks to COVID-19, it did come true (laughs). Krishna Vrinda Vihari has come out well. I really enjoyed working on the film, associating with director Anish Krishna, pairing up alongside Shirley Setia and working with cinematographer Sai Sriram. Earlier, many believed that a film wouldn't do well if it went for a reshoot but we've come to a situation where I think a film can't be successful without reshoots. That's been our team's quest for perfection and we didn't leave anything to chance until we were really satisfied," he said.

Naga Shaurya, talking about the film team mentioned, "My mom, Usha Mulpuri, who produced this film, is determined to score a blockbuster this time and after watching the preview, I can say we've a wonderful film on hand. My director Anish R Krishna doesn't have a haircut until he completes his film, but even he wasn't prepared for COVID-19 this time (laughs). He has hair longer than my mom now. Jokes apart, I think he's telling a wonderful story and he delivered exactly what he promised to. The film will strike a chord with everyone, particularly women, and is filled with loads of humour and entertainment. Cinematographer Sai Sriram is the backbone of Krishna Vrinda Vihari and he left no stone unturned to deliver a superhit."

"Mahati Swara Sagar has come up with a terrific music score and this is my 5th/6th film with him. He's going to be one of the biggest music directors in the days to come and has always done a good job in my films. Shirley Setia came on board after we watched her in Maska and found her to be cute, apt for the role in Krishna Vrinda Vihari. The director and the cinemaotgrapher too were immensely happy with her work in the film. You'll have a wonderful future ahead. I've proved to be a lucky star for many newcomers (referring to Rashmika Mandanna, who debuted with his film Chalo)," he further added.
