Mysskin's Pisasu 2 teaser out

The much-awaited teaser of Mysskin's horror flick Pisasu 2 has been released. The director took to his social media page to release the teaser in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. He wrote, "Happy to present my #Pisasu2 | #Pisachi2 | #Pishaachi2 | #Pishaachi2 Teaser

@Rockfortent @andrea_jeremiah @VijaySethuOffl @saregamasouth @Lv_Sri (sic)." The teaser gives a sneak peek into the film, in which Andrea Jeremiah, the film's leading lady, is seen as a ghost. 

The director had recently shared an intense poster from the film along with the date and timing. In the first-look poster of the film, Andrea is seen as an Anglo Indian with a scarf tied around around her head. She had then shared that the look was inspired from her grandmother Heather. She had then written, "“There’s a story behind #Pisasu2 first look...On the left is a picture of my maternal grandmother, taken when she was a young girl. Her name was Heather and with her dark blonde hair & greyish blue eyes, she never looked like she belonged here. (sic)."

The star cast for the film includes Santhosh Prathap, Shamna Kasim, Namita Krishnamoorthy to name a few. Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi will appear in an extended cameo in the film. Music for the film is by Karthik Raja and lyrics for the songs are by Kabilan. While the cinematography is being handled by Siva Santhakumar, editing is by Keerthana and Sushil Umapathy. 

The film is a sequel to Mysskin's 2014 horror flick, Pisasu, which had Naga, Prayaga Martin, Radha Ravi, Harish Uthaman and Kalyani Natarajan in the lead. It had music by Arrol Corelli, cinematography by Ravee Roy and editing by Gopinath. Though the release date of the sequel has not been announced, the dubbed versions of the film will release in Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada at the same time.
