Munjya box office collection day 3 - Filmmaker Aditya Sarpotdar recently treated the audience to his horror comedy, Munjya. Featuring Sharvari, Abhay Verma, and Mona Singh in the lead roles, the film was released in cinemas on June 7, 2024. Due to a positive reception, Munjya got a good opening at the box office. According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Munjya, which is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik, witnessed a slight growth on day three. The Aditya Sarpotdar directorial earned Rs 7.75 crore at the ticket window. Now, the total box office collection of this horror comedy comes close to Rs 20 crore.
For the uninitiated, Sharvari and Abhay Verma's film is a part of Maddock Films' horror comedy universe. After the success of Stree and Bhediya, the makers took the universe forward with Munjya. Once the film's theatrical run ends, the movie will drop on Disney+ Hotstar.
Yesterday (June 6), Varun Dhawan congratulated team Munjya as the film is performing well at the box office. The actor shared a post on Instagram and urged people not to miss the post-credits scene of Sharvari and Abhay's film. The reason is Varun has made a special appearance as his character from Bhediya along with Abhishek Banerjee.
The caption to his IG post read, "Congratulation to team MUNJYA for the massive success.
