Munjya box office collection day 2 - Aditya Sarpotdar's horror comedy, featuring Sharvari, Abhay Verma, and Mona Singh, hit the silver screen on June 7, 2024. The movie opened to a positive reception from the audience and critics. The good response to Munjya has resulted in the film doing well at the box office. While Munjya got an impressive opening of Rs 4.21 crore, the horror comedy witnessed a jump on the second day of its theatrical release.

According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Sharvari, Abhay Verma and Mona Singh's film Munjya minted approximately Rs 6.75 crore. The total box office collection of the horror comedy now stands at over Rs 10 crore. If Munjya continues to perform at this pace, it would result in the film minting a good amount at the BO.
As far as Munjya's OTT partner is concerned, the horror comedy will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar after its theatrical run ends. However, there's no confirmation on the official release date as yet. A film usually gets its digital release after 45 to 60 days of its theatrical run.
Sharvari on Munjya
Meanwhile, in an official statement, Sharvari spoke about being a part of Munjya, which is a part of Dinesh Vijan's horror comedy universe. "I’m extremely proud of Munjya and I’m grateful to have this film in my filmography. The horror-verse has huge stars of our industry and I’m honoured to be a part of this universe. I wish Munjya’s world meets the worlds of Stree & Bhediya in due course of time," she said.
