Munawar Faruqui believes there’s foulplay in Poonam Pandey’s death, cancels first live post Bigg Boss 17 win to mourn her

Munawar Faruqui picked up the Bigg Boss 17 trophy recently. The win was his second after Lock Upp. While he was still happy and celebrating his win, did news of his Lock Upp co-contestant Poonam Pandey’s demise break. Still unable to process the news, Munawar thinks there’s foulplay involved. He asks for thorough investigation and not just that, the comedian even cancelled his first live that he wanted to do for his fans after winning Bigg Boss 17. He took the step to mourn Poonam’s demise.

Munawar refuses to believe Poonam is no more

According to a video posted by paparazzo Viral Bhayani, Munawar wanted to share some news but after hearing about Poonam’s demise, he hasn’t been able to process that she is now more. “She was a very good human, a great human indeed. Uska heart bahut sahi tha. Main usko acche se jaanta hoon. Yeh sunke maine bahut ajeeb feel kiya. Subah se main bahut alag behave kar raha tha,” he shared, adding that he refused to believe the news.

Munawar cancels live after Bigg Boss 17 win

The Bigg Boss 17 winner further revealed that he wanted to come live but after hearing the news of her demise, he refused to do so. He is not willing to go live and celebrate his Bigg Boss 17 win. Munawar promised that there’s a lot for his fans and asked them to wait for a day or two for a surprise. When asked when would he do his first live after Bigg Boss 17, Munawar shared that he cancelled it and will mostly do it tomorrow.

Munawar feels there’s foulplay in Poonam’s death

The winner feels that the real reason behind her death is something else and wants a thorough investigation for the same reason. He believes there’s foulplay involved. Everybody close to Poonam believed that she was healthy and thus, they are unable to accept that she died while fighting cervical cancer.

Poonam’s demise

Poonam’s manager confirmed that she died on Friday morning (February 2). The actress had collapsed and was hospitalized a day before. While her family has not spoken to anyone, Poonam’s PR confirmed that her sister did give her a call to inform her about Poonam’s sudden demise. RIP, Poonam.
