Anushree Mehta directed and co-produced the spy comedy Mrs. Undercover with Abir Sengupta, Varun Bajaj, Ishan Saksena, and Sunil Shah. Radhika Apte, Sumeet Vyas, and Rajesh Sharma play major parts in the movie. The movie is slated to premiere on ZEE5 on April 14, 2023.

Radhika Apte plays a spy who has been hiding out for ten years as a housewife named Durga. Suddenly, she is called back to duty. She maintained her cover for 10 years, acting as a loving housewife with a patriarchal husband, nearly forgetting that she was actually an undercover spy.

Earlier, in a statement, while talking about Mrs. Undercover, Radhika said that the film is unique to her for a variety of reasons. But this movie brilliantly combats that mindset, which rules in our patriarchal culture, while passing itself off as humour.
