Mother’s Day 2023: My mother has always pushed me to become a better person, says Adhyayan Suman

After making hs debut in showbiz with the film ‘Haal-e-dil', Shekhar Suman’s son Adhyayan Suman went onto carve a niche of his own. What followed his debut film were an array of films including ‘Jashn’, ‘Raaz – The Mystery Continues’, ‘Dehraadun Diary’ and many others. After having proved his mettle as an actor, Adhyayan Suman also tried his hand in singing. After his debut song as a singer ‘Saareyan Nu Chaddeya’ proved to be a hit, there was no looking back for this Suman boy! Even though his father Shekhar Suman has always stood by him like a rock, a major contribution in Adhyayan Suman’s growth also needs to be credited to his mother.

On the occasion of ‘Mother's Day’, OTTplay spoke to Adhyayan Suman in order to understand the role that she has played in his life and in his success. Adhyayan Suman said, “My mom and I have always been the best of friends. When I say this, yes, she does have the authority to mother me like any other, but her ways have been simply more understanding and supportive towards me. She has always been a superior woman, understanding, carefree, self-dependent, extremely devotional to her art, and filled with passion and she’s built me like this too".

He further added, "She always makes sure she notes her presence whenever she’s home. She’s always checking up on me, taking care of me like a baby even when I am fully capable of taking care of myself. But you know that's how mothers are (smiles). She has always pushed me to become a better person or at least a better version of myself. She’s taught me well and always corrected me when I go wrong. She always makes sure I pertain to her standards of discipline and manners! On this Mother's Day I plan to take her out wherever she wants to go and take her shopping as my token of love for her".

On the professional front, Adhyayan Suman is gearing himself up for the release of his latest track, ‘Wanna Be With You' which has been sung by Adhyayan him. The said track will be released on May 16 this year.
