Den of Thieves 2: Pantera - January 10

Christian Gudegast is the writer and director of the planned action-crime drama Den of Thieves: Pantera. Starring Gerard Butler, O'Shea Jackson Jr., and Meadow Williams, who all returned for the first film, it is a direct sequel to Den of Thieves (2018). After what happened in Den of Thieves, Sheriff "Big Nick" O'Brien wasted no time in pursuing Donnie Wilson, who had fled to Europe and was plotting his next crime. The 2003 Antwerp diamond heist is the inspiration, according to Gudegast's interview with Screen Rant.

Wolf Man - January 17

Leigh Whannell is the writer and director of the upcoming horror film Wolf Man. Starring Christopher Abbott and Julia Garner, it is a remake of The Wolf Man (1941). The film's producers are Ryan Gosling and Jason Blum, the former of whom is involved via his production company, Blumhouse Productions.

After inheriting the boyhood house from his estranged father's mysterious disappearance and supposed death, Blake, a family man, moves his busy wife Charlotte and daughter Ginger from San Francisco to Oregon. During a full moon, a werewolf attacks the family at the farmhouse and claws Blake's arm. Blake begins to transform into a terrifying creature, endangering the safety of his family, prompting them to seek refuge inside the farmhouse.

One of Them Days - January 17

Directed by Lawrence Lamont and written by Syreeta Singleton, One of Them Days is a forthcoming buddy flick that stars SZA and Keke Palmer. Roommates and best friends Alyssa (SZA) and Dreux (Keke Palmer) are getting ready for One of Them Days. In a hilarious race against the clock to prevent eviction and save their friendship, the two go to hilarious lengths after they learn that Alyssa's boyfriend has spent all of their rent money.

Back in Action - January 17 (Netflix)

Seth Gordon directed, and Brendan O'Brien wrote the upcoming action comedy film Back in Action. Glenn Close, Jamie Demetriou, Cameron Diaz, Andrew Scott, and Jamie Foxx are among the film's stars. Emily (Cameron Diaz) and Matt (Jamie Foxx) are forced to return to the world of espionage after taking a break from it to establish a family, years after they had planned to leave the profession altogether.

Alarum - January 17

Michael Polish directs the action-crime thriller Alarum, which stars Sylvester Stallone, Scott Eastwood, Willa Fitzgerald, Mike Colter, Isis Valverde, and D. W. Moffett. In pursuit of a stolen hard disc, multiple intelligence organisations ambush a secluded cabin where two spies are preparing for a covert ceremony.

Presence - January 17

Written by David Koepp and directed by Steven Soderbergh, Presence is a terrifying thriller. Playing the lead roles are Chris Sullivan, Julia Fox, and Lucy Liu. After relocating to a new home, a family learns they are not the only ones.

Henry Danger: The Movie - January 17

Based on the 2014–2020 Nickelodeon superhero TV series of the same name, Henry Danger: The Movie is set to hit theatres. Screenplay writers Christopher J. Nowak and Jake Farrow (who has written for several series) are working with director Joe Menendez on the project. Jace Norman, reprising his role as Henry Hart, the show's protagonist, will join Glee Dango, Sean Ryan Fox, Ella Anderson, Michael D. Cohen, and Frankie Grande in the cast. This picture will serve as the series' finale, following "Danger Force."

After leaving his days in Swellview behind, Henry Hart has become the hometown hero of Dystopia. As the pressures of fame begin to overwhelm him, his life dramatically changes when he encounters Missy Martin, a devoted superfan who completely alters his course.

Flight Risk - January 24

The planned Mel Gibson–Jared Rosenberg action movie Flight Risk takes place in the United States. Michelle Dockery, Topher Grace, and Mark Wahlberg are the film's stars. A U.S. Marshall escorts a government witness to trial after suspecting him of being involved with a mob leader. Little does he know, the pilot who was sent to transport them is actually a hitman who was sent to kill the informant. Once they manage to subdue him, they find themselves obliged to fly together as they uncover other plots to eliminate them.

Star Trek: Section 31 - January 24 (JioCinema [OTTplay Premium])

Olatunde Osunsanmi's screenplay and direction will bring Star Trek: Section 31 to life as a science fiction TV movie. The first television film and the 14th feature film in the Star Trek series will join executive producer Alex Kurtzman's expanded Star Trek Universe. The film, which is a spin-off of Star Trek: Discovery, takes place during the "lost era" of the franchise, which stretches from the films of Star Trek: The Original Series to the shows of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

This film chronicles Philippa Georgiou's journey through her previous transgressions and her employment with Section 31, a clandestine branch of Starfleet responsible for safeguarding the United Federation of Planets. In order to safeguard the United Federation of Planets, Emperor Philippa Georgiou enlists in Section 31, a clandestine branch of Starfleet, and must confront her transgressions.

Inheritance - January 24

Inheritance is a forthcoming action-thriller about espionage that stars Rhys Ifans and Phoebe Dynevor. Neil Burger and Olen Steinhauer co-wrote the screenplay. Neil Burger is also the director. After learning her father is a spy, a young woman finds herself entangled in a global plot.

Screamboat - January 24

In the near future, Steven LaMorte will direct, produce, and co-write the slasher flick Screamboat. The animated short Steamboat Willie from 1928 by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks gets a terrifying makeover. A killer Mickey Mouse terrorizes a group of New Yorkers in the film, which stars Tyler Posey, Kailey Hyman, and David Howard Thornton as Mickey Mouse.

LaMorte describes the plot as centered around a deadly and mischievous mouse that delights in mischievous activities during a late-night ferry ride in New York City. The mouse attacks commuters, deckhands, and all the typical passengers.

You're Cordially Invited - January 30 (Prime Video)

Nicholas Stoller is set to helm and write the forthcoming comedy You're Cordially Invited for Amazon MGM Studios. Meredith Hagner, Geraldine Viswanathan, Reese Witherspoon, and Will Ferrell are the stars.

When a bride (Viswanathan) and her father (Ferrell) discover that another bride (Hagner) and her sister (Witherspoon), the wedding planner, have already reserved the wedding site for their special day, hilarious consequences follow.

Dog Man - January 31

Coming soon from DreamWorks Animation and released by Universal Pictures is the animated superhero comedy Dog Man, adapted from the Dog Man children's graphic novel series by Dav Pilkey. Peter Hastings is helming the second feature in the Captain Underpants series, which is both a spin-off and a narrative within a story of Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie (2017). Ricky Gervais, Stephen Root, Pete Davidson, Isla Fisher, Lil Rel Howery, and Hastings, who also provide vocal effects for the title character, are among the actors who lend their voices to the film.

A life-saving operation changes the course of events when a human police officer named Knight and his canine partner Greg sustain injuries while on duty, leading to the birth of Dog Man. Li'l Petey unexpectedly appears, altering Dog Man's interaction with Petey the Cat and forcing him to choose between protecting and serving Petey.

Companion - January 31

Zach Cregger, Raphael Margules, and J. D. Lifshitz produced the upcoming psychological thriller Companion, while Drew Hancock wrote and directed it. The film features a cast that includes Harvey Guillén, Rupert Friend, Megan Suri, Jack Quaid, Lukas Gauge, and Sophie Thatcher.

Sophie Thatcher's character, Jack Quaid, appears to be luring a woman into a passionate embrace with his inexplicable smile. In one scene, Quaid shackles her to a chair while serving her wine and dinner. In another scene, he or someone else chases after her, eventually dragging her ankle through the woods. She stabs an attacker in the neck at one point. She returns to the table, locks eyes with Quaid, and, until her arm catches fire, she holds her palm over a candle flame.

Love Me - January 31

Starring Kristen Stewart and Steven Yeun, Love Me is a post-apocalyptic romantic drama that marks the directorial debuts of brothers Andy and Sam Zuchero. In this dystopian love story set after the end of the world, a buoy and a satellite connect online and eventually fall in love.

Brave the Dark - January 31

Damian Harris's Brave the Dark features Jared Harris and Nicholas Hamilton and is a drama film. Upon learning that one of Mr. Deen's students had been living in his car and facing arrest, he made the decision to cover his bail. Mr. Deen, determined to prevent Nate from self-harm, soon uncovers the dark secrets that are gradually destroying Nate. What began as a selfless act escalates into a fierce struggle to deliver Nate from the clutches of his inner demons. With Nate's misery deepening, Mr. Deen faces the difficult decision of how much he is ready to sacrifice to rescue a child who is about to lose everything, including himself.

Valiant One - January 31

The impending action thriller Valiant One is Steve Barnett's (and Eric Tipton's) brainchild. In this gripping military drama, a US Army helicopter crashes deep within North Korean territory, transforming a seemingly routine mission into a battle for survival. With their communications equipment damaged, Captain Edward Brockman (Chase Stokes) and Specialist Selby (Lana Condor), leading the crew across difficult terrain and cut off from US military help, attempt a daring escape across the treacherous Demilitarised Zone.
