Not every film has an adequate dosage of drama, action and thrills. This Marathi movie is among the few movies which are crafted uniquely and ensure that the audiences are entertained to their fullest. The story of this movie, directed by Datta Keshav, is simple yet depicted in an entertaining way.

Mosambi Narangi plot

The film introduces us to a violent Mambaji who attacks Raghuji's family out of revenge after losing the bull race. Amid this, Raghuji's two daughters Mosambi and Narangi get separated. After the attack, Raghuji's wife dies, and his memory is lost. The bull, won by Raghuji in the race, is also killed. The film explores what happens when both the girls return to Raghuji after many years.  After learning about the incident, the two girls are on a mission to ensure that justice is served to their family.

The film effectively portrays the social situation of the rural villages during the 1980s, when owning a bull or any form of cattle was considered as a mark of prestige.

Shreeram Lagoo, Nilu Phule, Yashwant Dutt, Ashok Saraf, Usha Chavan and Sushma Shiromani are some of the other actors who feature in the film.

Where can you watch the film?
