JioCinema is all set to bring a new series, titled, Moonwalk. The fun tale of love and heist stars Samir Kochhar, Anshumaan Pushkar, and Nidhi Singh in the lead roles. The makers recently released the trailer of the film and built up anticipation for the plot. Ahead of the release, a new promo has been shared featuring the lead actors.

On December 15, JioCinema shared a new promo of Moonwalk on their Instagram account. The clip shows Tarik Pandey (essayed by Anshumaan Pushkar) doing his famous moonwalk and introducing himself as Rampur's best thief. On the other hand, Maddy (played by Samir Kochhar ]) is a Delhi crook. They both fight one girl of their dreams, Chandani (played by Nidhi Singh). However, Chandani throws a challenge to them: whoever steals the better item, will win her love.

Sharing the promo, the streaming platform captioned it, "6 mahine, ek chhori aur uske liye hogi sabse badi chori! Too much fun #Moonwalk, streaming 20 December onwards, only on JioCinema Premium."

Expressing his excitement for Moonwalk, Samir Kochhar said in a statement that his character Maddy is a legend in the world of heists, who executes impossible jobs with unmatched skill and charisma. He also added that Maddy is always one step ahead, and has a darker edge beneath his cute exterior.
"This character brings surprises as the story unfolds, and that's what makes it interesting. I'm also excited to do something different this time from my previous roles. Moonwalk is exciting, unpredictable, and has everything the audience will look forward to - complete drama and entertainment," he shared.
Meanwhile, Anshumaan who plays the role of Tarik said that Moonwalk has been an 'exhilarating journey' for him, both as an actor and as a part of such a fun and exciting project.
On the other hand, Nidhi shared that her character Chandni is a blend of mischief and innocence. She said, "I enjoyed exploring Chandni's chemistry with Anshumaan and Samir, as their bond evolves in a heartfelt and meaningful way, adding depth to the story."
Meanwhile, Moonwalk is directed by Ajay Bhuyan and produced by Jyoti Deshpande (Jio Studios) and Ajay G Rai (Jar Pictures) and will be released on JioCinema on December 20. You can also watch it with your OTTplay Premium.
