The buzz around everything Marvel has intensified yet again, and one should thank Deadpool & Wolverine for bringing people back with the trailer that has managed to resurrect their lost trust in the IP. The studio, which is now shaping the future of the Multiverse saga after multiple setbacks and a very demotivating box office run, has been reworking almost all its projects. As the movies continue to make headlines for being in various stages of production, there are also shows being made for Disney+. Daredevil: Born Again is midway through production and is attracting a lot of attention. Today, there is also a new update on Moon Knight season 2, which has been awaited for quite some time. Marvel X Disney+ Updates
The streaming wing of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been flourishing well for the past couple of years, and the studio has taken efforts to bring in niche characters through the shows. After Echo this year, they are now all set to bring in Daredevil with Born Again, and the new update says that they are planning to go all out in a direction Netflix never dared to. Not just that, another update about Moon Knight says that we are about to get a season 2 of the much-loved Oscar Isaac starrer show. Daredevil: Born Again Takes a New Turn
As per scooper MCM Culture, “Daredevil: Born Again will reportedly do what Netflix did not do in their storytelling. The stakes are said to be higher than ever before, and the stories they have planned are some of the best ever put out by any Marvel production." This also re-establishes the fact that the studio under its new Marvel Spotlight banner is indeed taking some never-seen-before steps, embracing the TV-MA rating. Echo was the very first show to have released with the TV-MA rating and was appreciated for exploring the dark side pretty well.
As for Daredevil: Born Again, the show stars Charlie Cox as the titular character. He was introduced in Spider-Man: No Way Home and was later confirmed to have a future in the MCU. The actor has since then reprised Daredevil in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law and Echo. The show is set to release in 2025, and reports have said it should start streaming in March if everything falls into place.
Moon Knight Season 2 Is Happening?
The same scooper, in a different scoop, said, “A season 2 to Moon Knight is reportedly still planned by Marvel prior to Midnight Sons. They need to do something that will continue Marc's development prior to teaming up with another group. Also, a change in scenery is necessary. Say... New York?" This means Oscar Isaac and the team will be back to tell the story, but mostly in a new setup this time. The show delved into the life of a man who lives a dual life, not out of choice. The concept of Moon Knight had indeed impressed many, and the fact that it now has a future is an exciting update.
