Director Prem and Dhruva Sarja are gearing up for the release of the title teaser of their maiden collaboration. Slated to be unveiled on October 20, the upcoming film is a major multilingual project that is being mounted on a rather large scale with the makers planning on casting well-known actors from other film industries.
Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who has already made his debut in Kannada cinema with K.G.F: Chapter 2, is one such casting choice that has cropped up in multiple reports, suggesting that the veteran actor could play the chief antagonist. In this vein, new round of speculations have come to the fore with Malayalam superstar Mohanlal added to the mix.
The speculations began to find traction when director Prem took to social media to share a picture with the Monster actor and left an endearing note alongside.
"I have run out of words to describe wat I am feeling right nw.The superstar of Indian Film Industry & yet @Mohanlal sir is the most down to earth person. Your support propels us to greater heights.." wrote the Ek Love Ya director in his tweet.
For obvious reasons, comments began to flood in with many wondering if there was a possible collaboration on the cards and whethere Mohanlal was signed on to play a part in the upcoming film starring Dhruva Sarja. Alongside, many surmised that the Malayalam actor would be part of the upcoming title launch and the meeting could have taken place for that reason alone.
In either case, one will have to wait for the official word to know more about Mohanlal's involvement.
