Mohanlal launched the Hindi trailer of his directorial debut Barroz in Mumbai on December 11, with Akshay Kumar as its chief guest. The actor had confirmed with OTTplay that he will be in Mumbai for a few more days, shooting for his Telugu-Malayalam-Hindi trilingual Vrushabha, which is helmed by Kannada director Nanda Kishore. The film is backed by Ektaa Kapoor’s production house and has Shanaya Kapoor and Roshan Meka as part of its cast.

The movie revolves around a father-son duo, who were enemies in their previous lives. The action-drama, set in two timelines, is expected to have its release in 2025.
