Mithya trailer: Huma Qureshi turns deadly for Zee5 series

Huma Qureshi is back, this time with a web series for Zee5 named Mithya. The actress has turned deadly, with all her actions, in the trailer of this series. Mithya, which means cheat, talks about an incident that changed everything in Juhi Adhikari (Huma) and Tia Rajguru (Anamika Dassani)’s life.

As the trailer of this series commences, we see Juhi turn ruthless towards Tia. She accuses her student of plagiarism without second thoughts, even when this student is actually a trustee (played by Samir Soni)’s daughter.

The series takes a turn, one you probably did not see coming. A mysterious moment and why Juhi is behaving the way she is, is revealed through the scene.

Parambrata Bhattacharya, who plays Juhi’s partner, also happens to have a major role in the series. He has a mysterious character, one that you want to find out more about.

However, it is Juhi and Tia’s intense one-on-ones that keep you intrigued to what the series has to offer. “I don’t know if you upset me or disgust me,” Juhi is heard telling Tia. This makes for quite a powerful scene.

The two also promise to have their own truth which they wish to tell the world. Juhi hints at neither of them really knowing or telling the truth because it takes more than two eyes to figure what the real truth is.

Before you know it, the borderline dangerous games actually turn dangerous because there is a crime committed. Who is the victim, has not been revealed in the trailer. However, one thing is for sure. Juhi and the series has turned deadly and how!

The Rohan Sippy directorial is slated to release on February 18. The series will start streaming on Zee5. All episodes of the series will be released at once on the aforementioned date.
