Mister Mummy: Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza to reunite in Bhushan Kumar’s comedy

Bhushan Kumar and team are gearing up to bring a rare concept to the screen that features Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza in the lead. The newly announced movie is titled Mister Mummy and from the first look stills, teases the concept of a man getting pregnant. 

Genelia took to social media and shared the stills. In the caption, she called Mister Mummy “a twisted laughter ride and story like never before.” 

According to a Bollywood Hungama report, Mister Mummy is about a couple who hold opposing opinions when it comes to children. As the storyline goes on, the couple meet with an unexpected twist, which offers a bumpy ride of comedy and drama.

Riteish and Genelia have been well-liked for their on screen as well as off screen chemistry. They have, together, garnered. Mister Mummy will mark their on-screen reunion after a decade-long pause. They were last seen together in the 2012 rom-com Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya. The real-life couple have also worked together in movies like Tujhe Meri Kasam, Masti, and Lal Bhaari.

Mister Mummy, helmed by Shaad Ali, is produced under the banner of Hectic Cinema Pvt Ltd and T-Series Films. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Shaad Ali and Siva Ananth are the producers.
