Miss You, starring Siddharth in the lead role, is gearing up for release. The film is all set to hit theatres on December 13. Streaming giant Prime Video has bagged the film's OTT rights, which will premiere once Miss You finishes its theatrical run.
Actor Siddharth, who was last seen in Indian 2, will be seen returning to his home ground to do a love story with Miss You. The film is slated for a December 13 release in theatres, after being postponed from November. After the theatrical run, Miss You will begin streaming on Prime Video. An OTT release date is yet to be announced.
Miss You is directed by N Rajasekar. In addition to Siddharth, Ashika Ranganath, Karunakaran, Bala Saravanan, Lollu Sabha Maran, and others are part of the cast. The technical crew consists of Ghibran scoring the music and KG Venkatesh cranking the camera. Dinesh Ponraj edited the film, with dialogue penned by Ashok R. 7 Miles Per Second is bankrolling Miss You.
Miss You revolves around an aspiring filmmaker who falls in love with a girl, with whom he seems to have had a past that he does not remember. Earlier speaking to OTTplay, Siddharth, who is back at making love stories, said, “I wanted to do a happy film, something breezy. I have been saying no to love stories because it is difficult to write original ones. But when I heard the line about a boy proposing to a girl he could not stand, that really interested me.”
Siddharth, who is confident about Miss You, has a glorious line-up of work. The actor is next working with Sri Ganesh for the tentatively titled Siddharth 40. The film also stars Meetha Raghunath, Chaitra Achar, Devyani, Sarathkumar and others.

The actor also has a film titled Test, co-starring Nayanthara and Madhavan, along with Indian 3 headlined by Kamal Haasan. Release dates for these films have not yet been announced. Besides these, Siddharth has a film with his home production Etaki Entertainment, an undisclosed Hindi project, a Kannada project, and two OTT projects.
