Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty on OTT: Digital release to be postponed for the Anushka and Naveen Polishetty starrer?

Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty has become a smash hit at the box office. Even after its second week, the romantic drama is drawing decent crowds to the theatres. Naveen Polishetty has singlehandedly made sure that he goes to each and every news channel and promotes the film so that Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty is in the news all the time. 

The same has happened as the comedy caper landed in massive profits. In the US, the film is nearing the 2 million mark and in the Telugu states, the film has crossed the Rs 30 crore share already which is huge keeping the subject in mind. 

Mahesh Babu P has directed this film which has been produced by UV Creations. Anushka Shetty played the female lead in this film and she did not attend a single promotional event of the film but promoted Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty on social media.

We at OTTplay have exclusively reported that the OTT rights of the film were bagged by Netflix for a fancy price. We also reported that the film's digital screening will happen in the first week of October 2023. But as per the news, as Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty is performing quite well at the box office, the makers are trying hard to postpone the OTT release by a week and are holding talks with Netflix.

UV Creations produced Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty on a decent budget and made handsome profits through the nontheatrical rights of the film. Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty started on a slow note at the box office thanks to Jawan's mass release. 

But as the word of mouth was good, Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty picked up from day two and has not gone down to date. The film is about a woman in her 40s trying to become a mother without marriage. Watch this space to learn more about this film.
