Mismatched Season 3 is a highly awaited YA series that will pick up three years after Season 2 ended, as suggested by Netflix's latest trailer. This season promises to be more relatable than ever, touching on topics ranging from professional aspirations to complex relationships. RSVP Movies, the producer of the Netflix series, has scheduled its premiere for December 13.
Rishi and Dimple: A new chapter
The trailer jumps right into the next part of Rishi and Dimple's story, beginning with the legendary cold coffee that originally brought them together, played by Rohit Saraf and Prajakta Koli, respectively. In preparation for the next chapter of their romance, the two have moved their partnership from the Aravali Institute to a Hyderabad campus. The couple explores the meaning of living two lives—one real and one virtual—as they tackle their objectives and the effort it takes to stay in love, bringing love and tech together. This season will also showcase carefully chosen and crafted music. Fans will always associate the music with the series and use it as a powerful narrative device.

The trailer unveils a tapestry of feelings as the haunting melody of Ishq Hai sets the mood. Each character will discover firsthand that the battles they engage in aren't always the most intense. "Pyaar me padna easy hai, pyaar ko nibhana sabse mushkil (Falling in love is easy, but maintaining it is the hardest.)" Rishi rightly says this about love, although it might be complicated. In this case, Mismatched could not be more different.
