Rasika Dugal's journey in the web space has been successful. The actress, who also stars in Bollywood movies, has some hit web shows to her credit. Mirzapur and Delhi Crime are two of her most successful OTT projects. After three seasons of Mirzapur, the makers decided to convert it into the film format. In a recent interview, Rasika spoke about reprising her of Beena Tripathi in the Mirzapur The Film.

Mirzapur The Film is expected to go on floors later this year. Talking about reprising her character in the film, Rasika told Mid-Day, "Beena’s journey is far from over. She always finds new ways to surprise me."

Before Rasika, her Mirzapur co-star Ali Fazal revealed why the series was being made into a film. Ali told the same tabloid that the idea behind is to take it to the people whose story it is. According to Fazal, a lot of people haven't fully turned into OTT yet.

Apart from talking about Mirzapur The Film, Rasika opened up about the third season of Delhi Crime. She reflected on her journey of playing Neeti in Delhi Crime since its first season.
"Neeti is very close to my heart. We filmed the first season in January 2018, and we are now in 2025 as we film the third. It has been such an interesting experience to grow along with the character. It’s not often that one gets to have an experience like this as a performer. I have been following the same police officer I [shadowed] since season 1 as prep for the show," shared Rasika.
On the work front, Rasika shared that she has two more projects coming up. The actress will be seen in Adhura 2 and Rohan Sippy's Unreal. She is also looking forward to the release of her films - Little Thomas and Lord Curzon Ki Haveli.
