Mic Mohan’s Haraa gets release date | Here's when you can watch it in theatres

We had previously reported that veteran actor Mohan, also known as Mic Mohan, will be headlining an upcoming film titled Haraa. The makers recently announced that the film is all set to hit theatres. It will be released on June 7.

Mohan’s Haraa gets a release date

Mohan, one of the veteran actors of the Tamil film industry who was popular in the 80s, was last seen in the 2008 comedy thriller film Sutta Pazham. Now, after 16 years, the actor is all set to make a comeback with Haraa, which is touted to be an action thriller and will present Mohan in a different avatar. Haraa will release in theatres on June 7, the makers announced recently.

The film is directed by filmmaker Vijay Sri. It is to be noted that earlier the makers announced that actor Khushbu would play the female lead, but later Malayalam actor Anumol stepped in to replace Khushbu in Haara. Apart from Mohan and Anumol, the film's cast also includes actors Yogi Babu, Rajendran, Charuhasan, Anithra Nair, Suresh Menon, Vanitha Vijay Kumar, Mime Gopi, Aadhava Jaikuma, and Deepa. The film is produced by Kovai SP Mohanraj under the G Media banner. The music for the film is composed by Rashaanth Arwin, while the cinematography is handled by Prahath Muniyasamy and Guna.

Mohan to star in The GOAT

Besides Haraa, Mohan will also have another release this year. He will be starring in the upcoming Vijay-starrer The GOAT- Greatest of All Time. The film is written and directed by filmmaker Venkat Prabhu and features an ensemble star cast including Vijay, Sneha, Laila, Prabhudheva, Prashanth, Ajmal Ameer, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and others.

The GOAT is set to hit theatres on September 5 and has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. AGS Entertainment is backing the film. Recently, the makers released the first single from the film, Whistle Podhu, which is crooned by actor Vijay himself.
