The 2021 Malayalam mystery thriller Nizhal, will now be available as Maya Nizhal in Tamil on Aha Tamil streaming platform. The film will premiere on August 30. Alternatively, you can also stream the film on OTTplay Premium.

Nayanthara-starrer 2021 Malayalam mystery thriller film Nizhal, called Maya Nizhal in Tamil, will now be available for streaming on Aha Tamil from August 30 onwards. The film will also be available on OTTplay Premium.

The film is directed by Appu N Bhattathiri in his directorial debut. Starring Nayanthara and Kunchacko Boban in the lead roles, the film's cast also includes actors Izin Hash, Rony David, Saiju Kurup and Divya Prabha in supporting roles. The film revolves around magistrate John Baby who is recuperating from traumatic events, when he meets a small boy who tells him murder stories. Slowly, it is unveiled that these stories are corresponding to actual events.
The film’s technical crew includes Appu working with Arunlal SP on the edits of the film, with Deepak D Menon cranking the camera. The music is scored by Sooraj S Kurup. Backed by Anto Joseph Film Company and Melange Film House in association with Tentpole Movies, Maya Nizhal has a runtime of 124 minutes.
Aha Tamil content slate
Streaming platform Aha Tamil has been expanding its Tamil content slate, in terms of acquiring the post-theatrical streaming rights of films and new titles. The platform recently premiered the second season of its original show Vera Maari Office.
