Maximum Mass: Watch Kiccha Sudeep in full swag as he dances and fights with elan in Max

Ever since a glimpse of Kiccha Sudeep dancing his heart out like there’s no one looking came out, his fans were waiting with bated breath to enjoy the full version. While the lyrical video came out on Sudeep’s birthday, the actual version was first seen in theatres only. Turns out, it was a sequence from the song Maximum Mass, in which Sudeep not only breaks into a step or two, but also breaks a few bones. Maximum Mass is a sequence in which Sudeep’s character Arjun Mahakshay makes his way to the villain’s den, enroute which he encounters a jathre, and a few baddies.

While he joins in the festive beats and busts a few moves, this is also where he beats the bad guys to a pulp. The swag in Sudeep’s dance and fight moves in this song had theatres turn to stadiums, as fans erupted in joyful cheers. The full video of the song has now been made available online and given that it is a pivotal segment in the film’s narrative, the fact that the makers have released it now is likely because Max will soon be on OTT. Composed by Ajaneesh B Loknath, the song has been written by Anup Bhandari. 

Fans who’d seen and enjoyed it in theatres can relive that emotion, while those who didn’t may just be enticed to catch the film when it becomes available to stream. The film is apparently headed to Zee5, with reports suggesting it will be available on or before the 30-day mark. In fact, the urgency in releasing the film in 2024 is said to be due to commitments with satellite and digital partners. While an end of January OTT outing is being speculated, it could just be earlier, as the film is reportedly ending its theatrical run over the next few days, once all the Sankranti movies are out.
