Masaba Gupta, the reigning queen of relatability, is returning with the second season of her wacky slice-of-life Netflix sitcom Masaba Masaba on July 29, 2022. We couldn't get enough of her the first time around. Masaba is seen tackling new highs and new lows in Season 2, and this time, she's tidying up the mess.

The mother-daughter team of Neena Gupta and Masaba prepare for a memorable journey as they navigate new job routes, new and old love interests, loss, emotions, and rivalry. These strong women fix their crowns in Season 2, take back control of their lives, and traverse new terrain.

Along with Neil Bhoopalam, Rytasha Rathore, Kusha Kapila, Kareema Barry, Barkha Singh, Ram Kapoor, and Armaan Khera, the series is directed by Sonam Nair and produced by Vinyard Films.

Viniyard Films' Ashvini Yardi commented on the series' return by saying that she often says, with Masaba Masaba, she had a vision and she was sure she needed to find the right individuals to bring it to life. They were fortunate to work on this project with a company like Netflix because the fit was so ideal. The support from season 1 was amazing, and this time they have returned even stronger. Director Sonam Nair added that when Ashvini Yardi brought Masaba Masaba to her, it was an idea, a concept she fell in love with right away, and she was convinced it was going to bring a plethora of positive emotions with it. It was a memorable experience for her to bring this series to life. Nair had the opportunity to practice and collaborate not just with a fantastic service like Netflix but also with highly committed, sincere, and talented actors.
