The team of Pisasu 2 directed by Mysskin had announced recently that its much-awaited teaser will be unveiled at 5 pm on April 29. They have now come up with a surprising warning for film buffs. The new poster of the film released by the makers says 'Do not let your children watch this teaser'.
This has now piqued the curiosity of movie lovers who were anyway excitedly looking forward to it. Cinephiles are wondering what has Mysskin come up with this time to enthrall them. It also hints at the teaser having gory sequences and horrifying shots.
The filmmaker's last outing Psycho (streaming on Netflix) had a few violent scenes, and had garnered an 'A' certificate before the release. The big question now is whether Pisasu 2 is also an adult only movie. Andrea Jeremiah plays the lead in the horror flick which has Vijay Sethupathi, Poorna and Santhosh Pratap essaying pivotal roles.
The first single from the film was unveiled a few months ago by the makers. Sid Sriram's mellifluous voice was the highlight of the melody track which was composed by Karthik Raja. Though titled Pisasu 2, Mysskin had made it clear earlier that the film has nothing to do with Pisaasu (streaming on Disney+ Hotstar), which he made in 2014.
T Muruganantham has produced the film under Rockfort Entertainment; it will release in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam in theatres. The makers are yet to announce its release date, though.
The shooting of the movie was wrapped up last year, and its first look was revealed a few months before the production was completed. Pisasu 2 is one of the most-awaited movies of Tamil in 2022; his previous outing was released more than two years ago.
