Pankaj Tripathi is gearing up for the release of his new film, Main ATAL Hoon. As the film's title suggests, this project is based on the life of the former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. While the first trailer showcased how Tripathi transformed into the former PM and his world, the second trailer sheds more light on Atal Bihari Vajpayee's leadership and some historic Indian events. The new trailer of Main ATAL Hoon was shared by the makers on YouTube today.
Main ATAL Hoon new trailer out!
Pankaj Tripathi undertook the role of former Indian PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee for Ravi Jadhav's movie Main ATAL Hoon. After a good response to the first few glimpses of the movie, the makers dropped a new trailer ahead of the theatrical release. While sharing it on YouTube, the makers wrote that Main ATAL Hoon's second trailer is about him being 'more than a poet, more than a statesman and more than a Prime Minister'.
Apart from that, it sheds light on the Kargil War, the Lahore Bus Yatra, Ram Janmabhoomi, and the successful Pokhran test. While Main ATAL Hoon's new trailer has a fantastic visual appeal, it also has excellent dialogues.
Pankaj Tripathi on Main ATAL Hoon
Earlier, in an official statement, Pankaj Tripathi said that the journey of playing Atal Bihari Vajpayee is close to him. He called the former Indian PM a 'true legend'. The actor added that the entire team of Main ATAL Hoon is honoured to bring his inspiring story to the world on the big screen. Tripathi also hoped that the audience would appreciate their honest effort.

Directed by Ravi Jadhav, Main ATAL Hoon is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 19, 2024. The film has been backed by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh and Kamlesh Bhanushali. Apart from Pankaj Tripathi, the film stars Piyush Mishra, Daya Shankar Pandey, Pramod Pathak, and others in pivotal roles.
