Maharani 3 trailer – Huma Qureshi is back as Rani Bharti and she seeks revenge

Huma Qureshi is back as Rani Bharti in the third season of Maharani. This time, she seeks revenge for what happened to her family. This is a fight between the brains and the brawl. Rani and her family have been wronged and she is in no mood to sit back and take it. The politician seeks revenge and plots on how to get justice through the same.

It is a fight between Huma’s Rani and Amit Sial’s Navin Kumar. He taunts her by calling her a good housewife but a poorly performing politician. He further gives her a warning that she will be sentenced to 15-20 years in prison and thus, it is good for her to settle in. He also makes sure that half of Bihar is against Rani’s reign.

The trailer sees Rani’s journey from the lowest to her highest point. She seeks revenge during her term in prison, something which seems like a distant dream but she makes it possible. It happens after a personal emergency (her kids get attacked). Thus, she seeks revenge, which is nothing less than justice in her mind. Her dialogue, “Banduk kamzor log chalaate hai. Samajhdaar log dimaag chalaate hai,” is the highlight of the whole trailer.

What happened?

Rani was arrested over wrong verdict. A fabricated truth was presented to the CBI and thus, the court would look at life imprisonment (if not death). She does not back out and her family gets targetted. That is when Rani decides it is time to seek revenge, which will also bring justice to everyone who has been wronged (including her).

Maharani 3 is created by Subhash Kapoor and directed by Saurabh Bhave. The show will be out on SonyLIV (and OTTplay Premium), much like the other seasons. This could be the last part of the series and will release on March 7.
